Lightning Peak

Drill Permitted Gold/Silver Project

The Lightning Peak property is a 2,890 hectare property located 60km South East of Vernon, BC and 35 kilometers south of Cherryville, BC. The project is easily accessible throughout, due to a robust logging road network throughout. The project covers prospective ground within rocks of the prolific Quesnellia Terrane.

The property covers nine known British Columbia mineral occurrences and a new occurrence discovered in 2020. These occurrences consist of historical exploration trenches or small-scale mining operations from the late 1800s and early 1900s. During a property inspection carried out by Eagle Plains personnel in the summer of 2020, rock grab samples from the Morning workings ranged from trace values to highs of 39.4 grams per tonne gold and 912 grams per tonne silver (sample TTLPR016) and 1.31 grams per tonne gold, 205 grams per tonne silver, 1.88 per cent lead, 5.03 per cent zinc and 0.12 per cent cadmium (sample TTLPR015).

2020 prospecting led to a new discovery, referred to as the Aurum Vena showing. It consists of numerous local float boulders containing brecciated semi-massive sulphides that consistently contain highly elevated gold, lead and zinc mineralization, with values ranging from trace quantities to highs of 5.84 grams per tonne gold, 30.6 grams per tonne silver, 3,680 parts per million lead and 674 parts per million zinc (sample TTLPR010 -- float boulder).

The project is now permitted for drilling and trenching.

Eastgate

Copper, Zinc, Gold

The Eastgate Property is located approximately 1.5 km to the east of Manning Park, approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Vancouver, BC. The property borders the small township of Eastgate, BC to the south and covers a section of East Ladner. The property is found on NTS mapsheet 092H02E and split down the middle by BCGS mapsheets 092H017 and 092H018. A total of 9 mineral tenures a cover 528.2 hectares. The property is owned by the author, and was built up by initially staking tenure 1104223. Tenure 1106654 was later staked in August and finally 1099057 was purchased in the same month. In 2024 the remaining Red Star claims were dropped by the neighbouring company and acquired through staking and purchasing to amalgamate the current project package.

The project hosts 5 BC Minfile occurences including the past producing Red Star Copper/Zinc mine.

The project has seen work dating back to the early 1900s with most of the focus on the Red Star mine, including 300 m of underground development. In the mid 1960s A total of 40 tons of ore was mined and resulted in 31.1 grams of gold, 2612.7 grams of silver, 2345.5 kilograms of copper and 2932.5 kilograms of zinc produced.

2024 sampling on the Red Star On the Red Star  helped verify some of the described mineralization at the mine site. Of special interest was sample 996449 that returned 1.76% Cu and 48.8% Zn from a large Sphalerite boulder that has been described as Sphalerite lenses. Elevated copper was also found in a quartz grab sample 996450 that returned 0.57 ppm Au and 3.22% Cu.

At the Pasayten Gold area the sampling also verified gold in the vein system with a dump grab sample 114709 yielding 21.8 g/tonne Au.

Khrysos

Khrysos - Gold/Silver

Property Description

Khrysos (Gold) is a child of Zeus; neither moth nor rust devoureth it; but the mind of man is devoured by this supreme possession.- Pindar, Fragment 222 (trans. Sandys) (Greek lyric 5thcentury BC)

The 725 ha Khrysos Property is an exciting newly acquired property BC's Monashees. Theproperty hosts narrow high grade silver gold veins.

Highlights/opportunities:

· Easy access

· Limited previous exploration

· Select samples are reported to have assayed up to 54.60 grams per tonne gold and 1380

grams per tonne silver

· Room to expand

· Multi-year permit for drilling and trenching

In 2022 sample number 997707, a choice grab of pyrite and sphelerite rich pods returned 31 g/tonne gold and 762 g/tonne silver. Meanwhile a 1.1m chip returned 13.8 g/tonne gold and 92.2 g/tonne silver.

Silver Bell

Khrysos - Gold/Silver

The Monashee (Silver Bell) Property is a 538.5 hectares (ha) Silver/gold project near

Cherryville, BC. There are three showings found on the property; these consist of the SILVER BELL (082LSE011), BEL 1-2 (082LSE054), and JRG 1-4 (082LSE036) showing.

On the No. 1 vein, a 12-metre adit was driven along a 0.2 to 2 metre wide quartz vein and a

shear zone on the north side of the vein. The shear zone and the vein are both mineralized. The shear trends 285 degrees and dips 65 degrees north and the vein strikes 120 degrees and dips near vertical. There are no records of ore shipped from the adit. Two samples assayed up to 1744.8 grams per tonne silver and up to 5.3 grams per tonne gold (Assessment Report 16783).

The No. 2 vein, located about 15 metres southwest of the No. 1, trends 290 degrees and dips 62 to 75 degrees. The vein contains patchy sulphides along late fractures near the northern margin of the vein. Three chip samples across this vein assayed up to 1984.8 grams per tonne silver and 3.5 grams per tonne gold (Assessment Report 16783)

2023 grab samples at the JGR showing returned:

996412- 3.9gpt Au 1,100 gpt Ag

996420 -16.4gpt Au 65 gpt Ag
